Default Buying books

Do any of you guys by used books online? I am currently buying them from my school right now and the prices are outrageous. I have been looking online at some bookstores and the prices are so much cheaper.

My sister always bought used books if she could. I know she would buy and sell her books online. I am not sure exactly where, but she swears that it is so much cheaper.

Many of the major online book retailers have used textbooks or new ones far cheaper than the school. Just make sure you are getting the edition or version that your professor will be using in class, if not some information may have changed and pages might not be the same.

I asked a friend and he suggested barristerbooks.com as a decent place that often has used copies of texts and casebooks. He also told me they will but back books and that they have pretty fair prices, hope that helps!

Default Buying Legal Books

One of the best places to buy and sell law books is Amazon. It is now the major site for other law students to sell and you can usually pick up your law books and study aids cheap. The problem is you have to know exactly what you are looking for since their search engine is hard to use.

Lightbulb Buy used books from other students in your school!

seek out students who took that class in a prior semester and buy it from them, just offer them slightly more than the bookstore does during buy back, which isn't much! Or you can sell/buy used textbooks on websites that connect fellow classmates. I've used Outlines.com a few times and was successful.
